| Programm | Acousmo is a concert and sound art series focused on intentional listening. It offers a space for intentinal engagement with live sound and aims to conquer the fast and superficial consumption of music. In this cycle, Acousmo introduces a new format: each evening begins with two solo performances by musicians or sound artists that are curated by the community. These are followed by an improvised set where both artists perform together. The program concludes with DJ sets. |
| Beschreibung | Tini Aliman is a sound artist and composer, field recordist and audio engineer who works at the intersection of theatre and film sound design, live sound art performances and sound installation. Stanford Chen is an interdisciplinary artist and poet, currently interested in creating participatory installations at the intersection of visual and performative arts. Kay Zhang is a sonic artist who explores around the topics of in-betweenness through sound, performance, curation and research. |
