Description In the 20th century, string trio compositions by Anton Webern, Max Reger, Arnold Schönberg, and Paul Hindemith became a series of key works for this ensemble, which also includes the string trio from 1954 by the Swiss-Hungarian composer Sándor Veress. The Mondrian Ensemble designs a program around this extraordinary work that, in addition to Sofia Gubaidulina, presents two composers of the younger generation: Daniela Terranova and Judit Varga.
